The Church of Nuestra Señora de la Asunción is one of the main buildings of the series known as the Duratón workshop. Its corbels and capitals are profusely decorated, representing felines, peacocks, griffins, harpies and scenes such as Samson disquijarando the lion, the fight of two infants or the Epiphany, among others (Rodriguez, 2007).
