Charles F. Williams of Norristown, Pennsylvania, was one of the earliest and most notable collectors of Asian and Middle Eastern carpets in the United States. Together with her husband, the Reverend Charles F. Williams, she amassed an important collection, which included the Admiral Carpet by Fadrique Enriquez, now in the Philadelphia Museum of Art.
