Description

Sebastián Fernández had been a monk of the monastery of Santo Domingo de Silos before his exclaustration. He was later the parish priest of the church of San Martín (Madrid). He was also responsible for the dispersion of the Silos manuscripts (Besse, 1897; Fernández de la Cuesta, 1985).
